I just moved back and Upstate Canna have the best people. Better than the experience I had in Buffalo. Little by little, myself and Upstate, have been helping me narrow down the brand and type of pre-roll suits me best. If your not shopping at UPSTATE CANNA your missing on great products and friendly knowledgeable staff

I’ve been ordering from Upstate Canna Co. for a while now and they’ve been consistently great. The selection is honestly one of the best I’ve seen, with a wide variety of products to choose from no matter what you’re looking for. Delivery is always fast and reliable, which makes the whole experience super convenient. I also want to give a shoutout to my regular delivery driver Antonio, who’s always friendly, professional, and on time. Overall, great service, great selection, and smooth delivery every time. Definitely recommend.

The OG’s…see, it’s the quality of people that makes all the difference in deciding where to hook up with Mary. Gio, Jeremy, Joe, Brittany, Nick, Phil, Rob, Taylor, Elaina, Grace, Jason, all staff, anyone i forgot (stoners hazard). You are all awesome, thank you all for being there! Even the owner, he’s cool too. 🌲

Upstate Canna Co is hands-down one of the best dispensaries in the area. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They really take the time to answer questions and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. You can tell customer service is their priority. The selection is amazing, with a wide variety of quality products, from flower to carts to edibles. Everything is fresh, well-organized, and easy to browse. Prices are fair, and the staff helps you find great options no matter your budget. The location is super convenient, clean, and welcoming. You never feel rushed, and the whole experience feels professional from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-tier quality and great customer service, Upstate Canna Co is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!
